Description

This enhancement allows us to abstract the mTLS secrets provisioning through a SecretsProvider interface. This will allow custom implementations of the SecretsProvider to be able to hook into the secrets provisioning. We need to provide a default implementation SslConfigSecretsProvider which provides secrets via the SslConfig which is parsed from the reader options.
