Test and Documentation Plan

Trunk patch here. I tested manually the ant tasks, I will run full CI pre-commit.

Description

In order to use ant script task with Java 17 we would need to introduce Graal JS and other dependencies as Nashorn was removed.

My plan is to try to workaround the usage of ant script task by creating my own custom ant tasks and not introducing new dependencies to the project.
