Description

This ticket is to specifically cover the documentation for the pluggable SSLContext creation code changes done as part of CASSANDRA-16666. As a general agreement on that ticket, it is decided that we should separate the documentation work from the implementation due to the parallel on-going documentation revamp (see CASSANDRA-16763).
