Description

With 4.0.0 released, and the cassandra-4.0.0 tag created, the temporary cassandra-4.0.0 should now be deleted.

Changes are required first in cassandra-builds and cassandra repos, to prevent ci-cassandra.a.o and circleci breaking correspondingly.
