Description

Due to the way getEstimatedRemainingTasks() works, it looks that compactions prioritisation are based on outdated estimations (see https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/trunk/src/java/org/apache/cassandra/db/compaction/CompactionStrategyHolder.java#L109).
