Description

The following SASIIndexTestSASIIndexTest tests seem flaky in 3.11:

• testIndexMemtableSwitching
• testPagination
• testIndexRedistribution
• testTruncate

The test failures can be seen in ci-cassandra, and I have also reproduced in our internal test multiplexer. They don't seem to happen in trunk.
