Description

Raising this ticket based on the discussion from CASSANDRA-14781 to validate that co-oridinator returns timeout when mutation size exceeds maximum limit (need to add a jvm-dtest to confirm). If it throws timeout or any other exception which doesn't reflect properly, then response should be modified to throw meaningful exception immediately.
