Description

Background

With updates to the Installing Cassandra page in CASSANDRA-15466, there's an opportunity to review and tidy up the Downloading Cassandra page.

Scope

Retire sections of the document relating to C* installation and direct users to the Installation page instead so we don't have to main installation instructions in multiple places.
