Description

As a part of ~~CASSANDRA-14693~~, it was suggested to write additional unit tests for RepairJob.

Specifically, the unit-test candidates are standardSyncing and optimisedSynching. The rest of the class is slightly less important to test as it's mostly gathering ranges and collecting trees.
