Description

Cassandra stress sits there for incredibly long time after connecting to JMX. To reproduce

./tools/bin/cassandra-stress write

If you give it a -n its not as bad which is why dtests etc dont seem to be impacted. Does not occur in 3.0 branch but does in 3.11 and trunk
