[Debian] Allow user configuration of hprof/core destination

    Description

      It would be nice if the $cassandra_home was consistent and configurable in the debian init script especially in the case where the /home partition is smaller than the heap size making core/heap dumps impossible to configure/capture.

      I propose this patch to enable user configuration. It would be nice for this to be cherrypicked into all of 3.x
