Update metrics-reporter dependencies

    Description

      Proposal to update the metrics-reporter jars.

      Upcoming versions (>=3.0.2) of metrics-reporter-config should support prometheus and maybe also riemann (in v3).

      reporter-config 3.0.2+ can also be used in 2.1. Therefore it would be nice to have also update the jars in 2.1.
