Description

When I try to start stress in Powershell with the following command:

PS C:\git\cassandra\tools\bin> .\cassandra-stress.bat user profile=C:\Git\cassandra\tools\cqlstress-example.yaml ops`(in
sert=1`)

I get the following error:

Illegal character in path at index 10: file:///C:\Git\cassandra\tools\cqlstress-example.yaml
