[CASSANDRA-10803] MV repair tests are hanging

Description

The MV repair tests simple_repair_test, complex_repair_test, and really_complex_repair_test are hanging on cassci.

This started last night with http://cassci.datastax.com/job/cassandra-3.0_dtest/404 .

There is no stdout printed at all, as you can see here: http://cassci.datastax.com/job/cassandra-3.0_dtest/405/artifact/test_stdout.014.txt/*view*/

I am unable to reproduce this locally, but it is happening consistently on cassci.
