Description

Upgraded POC cluster from DSE 4.6.6 -> DSE 4.8.0
Cluster operated fine with strong workload after upgrade.

Later attempt to run SSTABLEUPGRADE resulted in a large percentage of SSTABLES being dropped to L0 and thousands of compactions in backlog.
