secondary_indexes_test.py:TestSecondaryIndexes.test_manual_rebuild_index failed once on CassCI running C* 3.0 under Windows:

with the error 1 != 0. beobal IIRC you understand these tests. Any idea why it'd flap like this? or could this be a genuine regression?
