Normal Description
I am currently running on a system in which my cassandra cluster is only accessible over tls.
The cqlshrc file is used to specify the host, the certificates and other configurations, but one option its missing is to always connect over ssl.
I would like to be able to call 'cqlsh' instead of always having to specify 'cqlsh --ssl'
