Description

All the deprecated_repair_test dtests are failing on CassCI. I believe the immediate cause is some recent changes to logs and how ccm handles them, like the failures in CASSANDRA-10451 and CASSANDRA-10453. Test failures on CassCI here:

I'm assigning myself to track this, in case there are other failures to deal with.
