Description

There are some bugs in CSDK：
1.enableLocalDictionary can' t set false
code：

   writer.enableLocalDictionary(false);

excepton：

libc++abi.dylib: terminating with uncaught exception of type std::runtime_error: enableLocalDictionary parameter can't be NULL.
