Description

This is a patch to ignore line breaks in Apache Santuario in the camel-xmlsecurity component. It's a duplicate of some code in Apache WSS4J. Essentially it tells Apache Santuario not to insert needless line breaks in the generated XML, unless it has already been explicitly set (via a System property).
