Description

HAPI 2.0 has been recently released. camel-hl7 should depend on this version.

Apart from this update, I made some more improvements:

• updated dependency from mina to mina2
• inject (custom) Parser instance into unmarshal
• ability to parse XML-encoded hl7
• added "Terser" language and expression to be able to extract fields from a parsed message
• added expression to generate acknowledgement messages
• added predicate to validate a parsed message against a HAPI ValidationContext
• corrected some javadocs
