[CAMEL-4272] camel-jdbc should provide a option not set the autoCommit flag

Description

When the jdbc connection is work as XA resource, the connection autoCommit flag doesn't support to be reset.
So we should provide an option in the camel-jdbc endpont not to set the autoCommit flag on the connection.
