      Description

Currently we rely on the Spring JMX annotations.

We should look into provide our own set of annotations to avoid the deps on Spring.

Apache CXF did this. Maybe if Apache created a common project we can leverage that.
All we need is just the annotations, to have a thin JAR which is stable.

The Spring JARs contains all kind of other stuff you dont need.
And some people want to be independent of Spring

Moving forward to be less dependent on Spring in Camel. So we should have JMX without Spring JARs

Lets try to get this done in Camel 3.0 so we can drop using the spring JARs for its @ JMX annotations.
