Description

Add a new redelivery policy option logRetryStrackTrace to set whether or not stracktraces is logged when a redelivery attempt failed.
The other logStrackTrace will be for when the message is exhausted and it will be default turned on, which helps you see the exception in the log, in case any caller swallows it.
