Description

If you do `camel run * --dev` and do some route changes and the reload fails due to coding error etc, then you see a stracktrace in the log.

We should capture this reload error and allow jbang commands to show this status and detailed error, so you can see it via jbang commands and other tooling (such as via dev-console)
