Description

The run/export is hardcoding the dependency for platform-http when using either runtime Quarkus or Spring Boot. I think we need to let the CLI to include it or not based on the real presence of such a component.

I am working to fix this, however I am not sure if by any chance there is a reason why we need to keep it hardcoded and always exported in those runtimes.
