Description

This is a follow-up from https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-21152.

Clean-up identified:

• remove unused parameters and setters/getters
• add some model builder
• refactor the tests to improve the performance
• move some trait specific code from KubernetesExport to the XxxTrait class
