camel-test-infra: singleton services should not be allowed to stop/start services manually

    Description

      This can lead to multiple problems:

      • in parallel tests, this can lead to services becoming unavailable while the test is running
      • in non-parallel tests, this can lead to loss of configuration for some embedded services

      Lastly, service lifecycle should be managed by JUnit and the JVM.
