[CAMEL-20419] components with cloud events should generate metadata for camel-catalog

Description

Some components have been enhanced with datatype contracts so you can configure them what data output / input they accept / produce. Its based on Cloud Event spec.

It would be good to get this information generated in the component json file so we can have this in camel-catalog JAR, and make this for tooling such as jbang, and others.
