camel-knative: remove transport abstraction as knative is only http

    Description

      When the camel-knative was first created as part of the camel-k project, knative was supposed to support different transports hence the component was designed with that in mind and a number of SPI were introduced to abstract the component from the specific transport.

      However as today, Knative is http only so we can remove the abstractions and make the code simpler.
