Description

Quoting rhuanrocha on CAMEL-19734:

"... The constructor StopWatch(long timeMillis) can induce the developer to use it with the System.currentTimeMillis [Ex.: StopWatch(System.currentTimeMillis())] and generate a side effect. I think the better approach is to redefine the StopWatch to work just with nanoTime, and remove the timeMillis ..."
