Description

We found a regression in bouncycastle 1.73 with PGP encryption/decryption. Some payloads would fail the checksum validation. The issue was found during 1.72, fixed in point releases (last working release 1.72.2) and was broken again in 1.73. As of 1.74 we can no longer reproduce the issue.
