We need to adjust
https://github.com/apache/camel-spring-boot/blob/main/tooling/camel-spring-boot-generator-maven-plugin/src/main/java/org/apache/camel/springboot/maven/SpringBootAutoConfigurationMojo.java

And maybe some others too

And then regenerate all the -starter to use the SB3 style (remember to delete old files no longer in use)
