[CAMEL-18666] rest openapi: allow to set the compoennt instance instead of just the name

Description

As today, the camel-rest-openapi supports to configure the name of the http component to use but it does not allow to configure it. A workaround to configure it is to use the rest configuration but that's complicated things.

To make things easy it should be possible to directly bind an http component instance to the amel-rest-openapi.
