Description

Upcoming Debezium 2.0 will bring several backward incompatible changes (summary of the changes will be published in release notes and Debezium blog once 2.0.0 is out) and these changes will break all (or al least most) camel-debezium connectors. Adapt the connectors to to be able to work with 2.0.0.
