The Cassandra container is using a fixed value for the container: https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/bbbaaf39687fa4ee4556b3e1dd42ad51a86570f1/test-infra/camel-test-infra-cassandra/src/test/java/org/apache/camel/test/infra/cassandra/services/CassandraLocalContainerService.java#L39

 

This prevents users from defining a custom container.
