Description

The goal is to port the tests from camel-avro to camel-avro-starter, to ensure they aslo work in spring-boot runtime.

For those Spring XML DSL based testcase from camel-avro, also migrate to routes.xml which is supported by camel-spring-boot, so that users scenario can also work with spring-boot runtime with minimum modification
