camel-restdsl-openapi-plugin and camel-restdsl-swagger-plugin doesn't set apiContextPath on the generator for xml and yaml (openapi).

The camel-restdsl-openapi-plugin is also missing the parameter clientRequestValidation that camel-restdsl-swagger-plugin has
