Description

xml-specs-api should be updated with:

1. use dependency=true on stax2-api and update to stax2-api 4.2 (aligned with other camel features)
2. use woodstox-core instead of woodstox-core-asl and update to woodstox 6.2.4
3. update jaxb-runtime bundle to 2.3.2_1 to match CXF one
