Description

The new concurrent build may cause JMX test to fail flaky on CI like reported

org.apache.camel.builder.endpoint.PahoTest.testPaho
org.apache.camel.builder.endpoint.LanguageEndpointStaticTest.testLanguageFluent

Its about JMX MBean not found. As camel-management is on classpath then JMX gets enabled. We can make those tests disable JMX to prevent this.
