Description

We support Exchange, Message and AsyncCallback today.
And this is in hardcoded order. Lets make this more flexible and have parameter binding for

• no parameters
• exchange type
• message type
• camel context type
• async callback type
• any other type is then regarded as the message body and will be converter to the type
