The links at https://camel.apache.org/download/#camel-kafka-connector are all broken.

The files apache-camel-kafka-connector-0.7.0-src.zip* do not exist; they appear to be called:
camel-kafka-connector-0.7.0-src.zip* instead.

Please fix the page!
