Major Description
We should move camel-archetype-blueprint to camel-karaf and camel-archetype-spring-boot to camel-spring-boot so they are not in the main repo anymore. It causes pain for release as its a chicken and egg problem.
Also its better that the archetype is maintained in their own repo instead of core camel.
