Description

We can merge them together in a way so the API on CamelContext and a bit elsewhere is a bit easier to turn supervising on|off, by just setting a boolean flag, and the controller react accordingly.

Today you would essentially need to set a different implementation which the auto configuration in SB/main hides. But we can benefit from having one implementation that can work on both modes.
