Description

I'm using org.apache.camel.springboot:camel-salesforce-starter:3.1.0

Configuration camel.component.salesforce.lazy-login only seems to work when it's used in combination with camel.component.salesforce.lazy-start-producer.

When used on it's own, method 
org.apache.camel.component.salesforce.internal.client.AbstractClientBase#start()
will call method
org.apache.camel.component.salesforce.internal.SalesforceSession#login()
without an appropriate guard statement. 

Is this intended behaviour?
