[CAMEL-1430] Camel VFS - Remove feature to consume a file directly, it just complicates matter and is very seldom used

Description

When configuring an endpoint to consume from files/ftp etc. it should only support a starting directory. Not file!!!

You can still consume a single file by combining the starting folder and a regex to match the single file only.
