[camel-mongodb-gridfs] Change deprecated MongoClient connection bean

    Description

      As discussed in CAMEL-14258, the mongo-java-driver library is deprecating com.mongodb.MongoClient class in favour of com.mongodb.client.MongoClient interface. We should apply same refactory as provided in camel-mongodb component.
