Description

A bunch of the docs was moved to user-guide instead of src/main/docs, such as the EIPs etc. There are likely others.

I am not sure this is a good idea as we can keep the docs up to date only if they stay close to their source code.

This is just a quick created ticket to not forget to discuss / look into this.
