Description

In salesforce documentation is one thing that is not completely clear. 

In REST API :

https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/master/components/camel-salesforce/camel-salesforce-component/src/main/docs/salesforce-component.adoc#rest-api ,

is operation named queryAll. In queryAll definition is mentioned merge operation which is not clear what this is really doing. I have to search on the internet what merge do (The merge operation merges up to three records into one of the records, deletes the others, and reparents any related records).

So it would be great add this definition to salesforce documentation.
