[CAMEL-12426] Is there any option in camel to start stream only when a particular file gets created

Description

I want to continuously stream a log file. As and when log file gets printed, Stream: file  component is able to stream the file. But, stream:file component is adding route if file not exists in the path. Is there any option to start stream the file once file gets created in the path.
